1. Exchange & Return Policy

2. Conditions for Exchange & Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. A valid invoice must be presented at the time of return pickup. Products that have been used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Eligible Cases for Exchange & Return
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

The product is damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.

The packaging was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

The product has expired upon delivery.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address and inform you about the expected pickup date.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

4. Cancellation Policy
